Inactive Versus Deletion of Products or Services.

Products or services marked as Inactive will not appear in the item list when generating invoices. To make them available again, simply change their status to Active.


In contrast, deleting a product permanently removes it from your account. If needed later, you will have to recreate the product from scratch.
