How Do I Connect My Gmail Account to SOUS to Send Menu’s & Invoices?

To connect your Gmail account to SOUS for sending menus and invoices, follow these steps:

  • Access the Business Center:

    • Click on your profile dropdown within SOUS.

    • Select "Business Center" from the menu.

  • Navigate to Connected Apps:

    • In the Business Center, click on "Connected Apps".

  • Select Gmail:

    • From the list of available apps, choose "Gmail".

  • Initiate Connection:

    • Click the "Connect" button next to Gmail.

  • Sign in to Your Google Account:

    • A new window will prompt you to sign in to your Google account.

    • Enter your Gmail credentials to proceed.
  • Grant Permissions:

    • After signing in, you'll be asked to grant SOUS access to your Gmail account.

    • Ensure all necessary permissions are selected, then click "Continue".

You will be taken to a SOUS loading page for the configuration to complete. Please for it to complete.
  • Send Test Email:
    • Once it shows successfully connected, please click "Send Test Email" to send a test email to any account.

Once connected, SOUS will use your Gmail account to send menus and invoices directly to your clients.
