How to Add Menu's to Events

In Sous, you can upload one or multiple menus to any Event. Menus are managed directly under the Menu tab inside the Event. Once uploaded, you can approve, share, or download menus at any time.




Adding a Menu

  1. Open your Event

    • Navigate to the Event where you want to add a menu.

    • Click on the Menu submenu.

  2. Upload Menu Files

    • Click Browse Files or drag & drop the file(s).

    • Click Upload for each file.



Managing Menus
Once a menu is uploaded, you can:

  • Approve – Mark the menu as approved.

  • Share – Draft an email to send to clients for approval.

  • Download – Save a copy to your device.


Upload Additional Menus

  • You can upload multiple menus for the same Event.

  • Each menu is listed separately, and you can manage them individually.


TIP: Use descriptive file names for each menu (e.g., “Joe 25th Anniversary – Dinner Menu”) to keep multiple menus organized within the Event.
