How to create an inquiry form in SOUS?

Adding a custom inquiry form to your existing website is a crucial step in configuring your SOUS account to capture and collect inquiry information in SOUS from your website visitors. 

Installing or Configuring SOUS Inquiry form to your Business website is a 3-step process. 

Step 1: Navigate to the Inquiry Form Builder

1. Log in to your SOUS account.
2. Select Profile > Business Center.
3. In the tabs at the top, select Connected Apps.
4. Click the Install button under Inquiry Form.

Step 2: Configure your availability for consultation calls (optional)

If you plan to allow website visitors to schedule a consultation call from your form by using the 'Schedule a Call' field, set your available days and time range for conducting calls.

1. Under Set Your Availability, select which days you are available for sales calls.
    
2. Enter the timeframe you are available in the From & To field.
   
   
3. Click Save.

Step 3: Saving & Installing the Inquiry Form

1. In the same screen, click Edit.
   
   
   
   
2. Add and Remove fields as you prefer by clicking the checkbox next to each one.
3. Drag & drop the fields in any order by clicking on the drag handle to the left of each field.
4. To rename the field click the ellipsis on the right of the field and select Rename Label. 
   
5. Click Save. 
6. Click Install Form and select the embed type (Embed Code or Embed Link) according to your website builder instructions & click Copy.
   
   
7. Log In to your website builder account or contact your website host & add a new Embed Block or Code Block or Link/URL as per their instructions.

8. Once the embedding or installation is complete, please submit a test inquiry from your website to ensure details and/or a consultation call event is created in SOUS.
