How to change SOUS login Email or Password

This guide outlines how SOUS users can update their login email address or change their password from within the application.

Accessing Account Settings:

Click the profile icon located at the top right corner of the screen.
Select “My Account.”
Navigate to the “Security & Login” tab.

To Update Your Login Email Address:

Under the “Update Email” section, click the three vertical dots and select “Edit.”
Click the “Email Address”* field and enter your new email address & Click “Update.”
In the confirmation popup, re-enter the new email address and click “Update.”

Updating your email address will immediately log you out of SOUS. You must log in again using your new email address. Your password remains unchanged.

To Change Your Login Password:

Under the “Change Password” section, click the three vertical dots and select “Edit.”
Enter your current password in the “Current Password”* field.
Type your new password in the “New Password”* field.
Confirm the new password in the “Confirm Password”* field.
Click “Update.”
In the confirmation box, choose "I Understand"

This action will update your password & will log you out of SOUS. You will need to log in again using your new password.
