Sous lets you connect your calendar so new bookings, events, and changes stay automatically synced — no more double-bookings or missed updates.
Step 1: Go to Integrations
From the left menu, navigate to Business Center > Integrations.
Step 2: Connect Your Calendar
Google Calendar (2-way sync):
Click Connect Google Calendar.
Sign in to your Google account and allow Sous permission to access your calendar.
Once connected, events created or updated in Sous will appear in Google Calendar — and events made in Google Calendar will sync back to Sous.
(Sous only accesses relevant event data — it never modifies unrelated calendar items.)
Other Calendars (Outlook, Apple, etc.)(1-way sync):
Click Other Calendar.
Sous will generate a shared calendar URL.
Copy the URL and add it to your external calendar app to enable syncing.
Tip: Each calendar platform handles subscriptions differently — look for an option like “Add calendar by URL” or “Subscribe to calendar.”
Your calendar will now automatically update when new events are booked, edited, or completed in Sous.
