How to remove watermark from Invoice.

This article provides information on how you can remove watermark from the invoices you send from SOUS.



SOUS offers watermark-free invoices as part of its premium (paid) subscription tier. If you're looking to generate clean, professional invoices without the default watermark, follow the steps below to enable this feature:   

  • Access the Business Center.
    As the first step, click on your profile icon located at the top-right corner of the dashboard and select “Business Center” from the dropdown menu.



  • Navigate to the Business Info section.
    In this section, you will find the “Remove Watermark on Invoice Downloads” option. If this setting appears locked or grayed out, it means it is currently disabled for your account.



  • Enable the setting.
    Click on the three vertical dots (⋮) next to the section and select “Edit”. This will unlock the settings for modification.


  • Activate watermark removal.
    Tick the checkbox next to “Remove Watermark on Invoice Downloads” to enable the feature.



  • Save your changes.
    Click “Save” to apply the changes. You should now be able to download invoices without the SOUS watermark.



This feature is only available to users on a paid plan. If you are on a free tier, you may need to upgrade your subscription to access this option.
