How to Change Login Email & Password

Keeping your account secure in SOUS is important. You can update your email address or password quickly from the Security & Login section under My Account.

Access Security & Login

From the left-hand menu, click My Account, then select Security & Login.

Here you’ll see two main options:

• Update Email – Change the email address associated with your account.

• Change Password – Update your account password.

Updating Your Email Address

Steps:

1. Click Update Email.

2. Enter your new email address.

3. Enter your current password to confirm the change.

4. Click Save.

You will be logged out and required to login again using the new email address.

Changing Your Password

Steps:

1. Click Change Password.

2. Enter your current password.

3. Enter your new password.

4. Confirm your new password.

5. Click Save.

Your account password will now be updated. Make sure to use a strong, unique password for better security.
